How do I maximize the life of my candle? 

Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. This will help to prevent the wick from getting too long and smoking.

Burn the candle for at least 2 hours for the first time. This will help to prevent tunneling, which is when the wax melts down the center of the candle and leaves a ring of unmelted wax around the edges.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This can shorten the life of the candle and create a fire hazard.
